About the Payne Center for Leadership Development (PCLD):
The Payne Center for Leadership Development engages and supports all students seeking to develop their leadership potential and inspire positive change on campus and in their local and global communities. Our programs, services and resources offer students a deeper understanding of leadership in the Jesuit context of knowing self, building community, and impacting our world. Practical leadership skills are developed through specialized workshops, guest speakers, and the monthly Identity & Leadership series. Experiential learning is enhanced through real-time coaching, mentoring, and ongoing reflection with staff and community members. We are home to the , a year-long leadership program for sophomore and junior students, and are partners with
